The Hawaii Policy Portal is a tool that allows community members and organizations to have a powerful voice on issues they care about.  You can easily set up web forms that allow online constituents to send emails to any decision-maker, letters to-the-editor of any newspaper, and submit official state and county testimony too.  Once set up, it takes 30 seconds for people to get their voices heard!

We know that all of us are busy and distracted with so many things constantly going on, so that's why we made it easy for people to participate.  The web forms and action pages are easy to set up and have all of the important information right there to make it as easy as possible for online constituents to send in letters, emails, and testimony with the click of a button.

Our ultimate goal for this tool is for us to begin passing healthy policy.  To that end, we allow you to donate whatever amount you want to use the web tool.
